3rd Generation Pulsed IV System Launched

Maury Microwave announces the release of its 3rd generation AM3200-Series Pulsed IV System.

Maury Microwave, acting as AMCAD Engineering’s exclusive worldwide distributor, has expanded on its industry-proven pulsed IV system (Pulsed IV, PIV, parametric analysis) with the AM3200. The AM3200 has been designed for standalone PIV parametric analysis, as well as synchronized PIV/S-parameter measurements, compact modeling, and pulsed load pull measurements. Highlights of the new system include increased resolution/accuracy pulsers, enhanced breakdown protection, faster measurements, longer pulse times (10s and 100s of seconds) and direct SCPI control.

The system plays a crucial role in compact model extraction and pulsed RF measurements using Maury’s MT930-series IVCAD measurement and modeling device characterization software.
