Article “High Efficiency Doherty Power Amplifier Design using Enhanced Poly-Harmonic Distortion (EPHD) Model” covers the theory of existing PHD model extraction techniques, the next-generation Enhanced PHD (EPHD) model extraction technique, and the simulation of high-efficiency Doherty PA design and simulation using these techniques.
