In 2023, Maury acquired the Wireless Telecom Group (composed of the Boonton, Holzworth, and Noisecom brands), significantly expanding its test and measurement technology portfolio into high performance phase noise analysis, RF synthesis, signal generation, noise generation, and RF power measurement.
Together, these capabilities close the loop in RF measurement science, enabling a complete and high-fidelity picture of system behavior from device-level to over-the-air performance.
