Noise Parameter Measurements and sub-THz Active Load Pull

65 GHz Noise Parameters Extraction using InsightPro

Watch how the Maury InsightProTM software, in combination with the MT7553N65 noise switching module, Nano series impedance tuner, and MT7553C01 noise receiver module, simplifies and enhances the extraction of noise parameters across a broad frequency range. 

Pulsed IV / SPar. System for Traps & Thermal Characterization

In this demonstration, watch the new Maury Pulsed IV measurement system allow IV characterization from DC to Pulsed IV of 200ns. The setup supports gate sweeps from -30V to 30V up to 1.5A and drain sweeps from 0 to 280V up to 40A. 

D-Band Active Load Pull System using VRLP with InsightPro

Using the VRLP methodology, this demonstration provides S-parameter measurements and active load pull in the WR6.5 waveguide band (110 GHz – 170 GHz) on a waveguide-connectorized amplifier, featuring Maury NT series tuners and the powerful InsightPro software.

High Frequency Vector Receiver Harmonic LP using InsightPro 

This demonstration features a vector-receiver harmonic load pull setup using Maury impedance tuners and InsightPro software, enabling advanced harmonic load pull and nonlinear characterization of high-frequency devices.

Phase Noise Analysis, Noise Generation, & RF Power Measurements

Double Pulse Characterization of GaN Devices using MT2000

This demonstration performs load pull in combination with RF double pulse measurement technique to characterize trapping dynamic effects on a partially matched driver amplifier module (~20 dBm output power) using the Maury Microwave MT2000 mixed-signal active load-pull system.

D-Band Oscillator Phase Noise Analysis for 6G Applications

This demonstration shows a D-band phase measurement system based on the Maury HA7162D, which features cross correlation. This standard feature enables the reduction of uncorrelated sources of system noise such as that in the frequency extender, the local oscillators, and the internal components of the phase noise analyzer.

Widest VBW Peak Power Sensors for RADAR/Modulated Signals

This is a two-part demonstration. Part one shows the measurement of a fast rise-time pulsed RF/microwave signal as may be needed in radar systems. Part two shows the generation of additive white Gaussian noise (AWGN), used for stress testing receivers or simulating interference.
