Maury Microwave is pleased to announce the expansion of the MT2000 Mixed-Signal Active Load Pull System, delivering wideband impedance control now up to 2 GHz modulation bandwidth at the fundamental, harmonic, and baseband frequencies. This expanded bandwidth enables realistic device characterization for advanced 5G and emerging 6G systems, allowing engineers to more accurately evaluate device performance under real-world operating conditions.
The MT2000 is a turnkey one-box load pull solution, combining multiple bench instruments, such as passive fundamental and harmonic impedance tuners, VNAs, NVNAs, analog signal generators, VSGs, VSAs, and oscilloscopes, into one system. The MT2000 adds high-speed load pull measurements, maximum smith chart coverage, wideband impedance control for modulated signals, fundamental and harmonic impedance control, and time-domain NVNA voltage and current waveform measurements, helping engineers validate nonlinear compact models, extract nonlinear behavioral models, and accelerate R&D, design validation, and on-wafer production test.
The MT2000 also supports RF Double Pulse Load Pull, enabling accurate evaluation of GaN power amplifiers under conditions that closely resemble real pulsed operation, resulting in improved model accuracy, reduced design risk, and greater confidence in high-power PA development.
