New Cryogenic Impedance Tuner

Maury Microwave is pleased to announce the release of its CT-series cryogenic automated tuners, specifically designed for use at cryogenic temperatures down to 4K. Using solid-state tuner technology, the CT-series presents electronically varied impedance states to a DUT for precise modeling and design within a cryogenic environment.

Key optimizations include low power consumption; minimal heat generation; and a compact, lightweight form factor for use in space-constrained cryogenic test setups. An integrated sensor ensures precise temperature monitoring, while an integrated bias tee enables optional biasing of the DUT source, with external biasing available for the DUT load.
