Maury Microwave Acquires mmW and sub-THz Load Pull IP from Vertigo Technologies

Strengthening Leadership in Next-Generation Load Pull Solutions up to 1.1 THz

Ontario, CA – Maury Microwave, a global leader in RF and microwave measurement and modeling solutions, proudly announces the acquisition of intellectual property from Vertigo Technologies. The acquired IP includes state-of-the-art hardware and software technologies for active load pull measurements in the millimeter wave (mmW) and sub-terahertz (sub-THz) frequency ranges.

Maury and Vertigo have collaborated closely since 2019, with Maury serving as Vertigo’s exclusive global sales and support partner. This acquisition represents a major milestone in their partnership and a strategic advancement in Maury’s mission to expand its capabilities in high-frequency load pull solutions.

With this acquisition, Maury extends its core measurement range up to 1.1 THz—empowering the next wave of innovation in wireless communications, semiconductor development, and emerging THz applications.

Importantly, the team behind the acquired technology will join Maury Microwave, ensuring continuity, retaining critical expertise, and supporting a smooth transition for customers.
