Maury Microwave and FormFactor have co-authored an application note regarding on optimized on-wafer passive load pull system for 5G FR2 frequencies, featured on EverythingRF.com.
Article “Overcoming the Challenges of Passive On-Wafer Load Pull Measurements at Millimeter Wave Frequencies for 5G Applications” introduces the challenges related to performing traditional on-wafer passive load pull measurements and an optimized automated impedance tuner platform and probe station integration to overcome these challenges.
